I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Vijay Sales and Sansui regarding the purchase and installation of a Sansui Smart LED JSW43ASUHD TV.
I bought the TV from Vijay Sales, Tirupati Nagar, Virar West showroom on 26-August-2023, as per the invoice number VRR-D-SIRF2696. The TV was delivered to me on the next day, but the delivery boy asked me for some extra money as a tip.
I was also assured by the sales person that a Sansui representative would contact me for an appointment and install the TV within two days, by 28-August-2023. However, I only received a call from an executive on 28-August-2023, who said he would come by 8 PM that night. I requested him to come the next day, 29-August-2023, between 10 AM and 6 PM, but I did not receive any confirmation or follow-up call from him or anyone else. The installation is still pending as of today.
I am very disappointed with the false promises and lack of communication from both Vijay Sales and Sansui. I feel that they do not care about their customers once they have made the sale and received the payment. This is very poor customer service from such reputed brands.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange for the installation of my TV as soon as possible. I also expect an apology and compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this delay.
