[Resolved]  Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — product not delivered

I placed an order for dewan cum sofa bed (17999/-) on 8th dec and till date it is not delivered when i call customer support their response is "item will be delivered today" (26th dec same response) now they have blocked my mobile# and not taking calls and no response for my emails and chat conversation (Today it will get delivered).

Everyday they are sending mails to purchase but no response for the purchased products delivery.

Initially i felt product are good by reading some reviews and dared to purchase but the interest saraf furniture is showing in taking orders is not in product tracking and delivery.

Out of no option left on communicating with saraf (Customer support staff namely - anil, vikas, srikanth, sahil) i am raising my concern here.

Can i lodge a police complaint for this online fraud?
