[Resolved] Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — Defective Furniture and Bad Customer Service | ||
I placed an order INSF[protected] for 4 chairs of Rs. 17, 999 on 2nd August. I was urged by the Customer Service to complete the order for best price as the product was not eligible for any promotional discount. It was only after I placed the order, I realized that I was misled and called Customer Service to cancel the Order and I have been chasing them since then to have the Order cancelled and with no resolution in sight. One of the Customer Service agent told me to reject the items on delivery to get my refund. However, I have questions like cancelation charges, refunds, etc. which they are not providing answers for. I have another open Return request# 171323 since 29th May 2021 for a defective product worth Rs. 4999 which I have been told has been processed but I haven’t received it. I am tried of chasing them around to have this done. The customer service is very bad, and the products are full of defects. There are several negative reviews on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc. I feel cheated on the purchases and want the current order # INSF[protected] cancelled immediately.
