Dear team,

I have been trying for 5 months to redeem SSNNL deep discount bond.

Folio number : SN 134629
Certificate number : 45559

It is impossible to reach them and the one time I did, I was spoken to rudely and the phone slammed down on me.

I was to receive a cheque 1 month after submission but that has not happened.

I have tried calling almost every other day for months now and no luck at all.

This is very upsetting considering this is a government bond.

How does one go about receiving the money especially when the ORIGINAL bond certificate has been sent to them with all the corresponding documents…,
