Address: Village:Dhinkwali, District:Botad Taluka:Botad |
We, the petitioner, have land bearing account no. 379 of Monje Dhinkwali seam of botad taluka of botad district and land bearing res. no. 71 of which old res. Land No. 21/2 is considered agricultural land from 2-72-12 ha.
The canal that runs through our farm has broken three times. So the crop has been destroyed three times. (in about 15 bigha) We are ready to present the photos and videos of the system since four years and still no valve repairs are done.
- When the canal broke, Botad made a verbal representation to Mukund R. Kantaria Sir in the head office and when we called him several times, each time he said that the repairs were done. And when we go to the canal and check, the valve is not repaired. So water is continuously running in the field. This damages the crops. When we call from there, they do not answer and do not pick up the phone.
Thus we are troubled in many ways.
- The canal construction contractor and the very headstrong of Salangpur - Khambda - Bela village have often come to the farm and threatened to kill us.
- You are requested to consider our application and take action. Since we are less educated, we have applied to you without knowing about the procedure.
