I tried booking on their website and payment was successful at first even I got a mail from them regarding payment successful but no booking details were shared neither any booking confirmation was received. Then suddenly after 5 mins again got a mail that payment Failed and booking not successful. Both the times payment ID were different. I just called them to check what's the problem then realised that this is scam business. Travelsees.com is running scam business first with name Tripodeal and now with the name sasta safar. All customer care number and email are same just the first name or logo u can say is changed.
Government just want to make everything online but doesn't look over this scam issue. May be they are also getting their cut in this. Was this information helpful? | 
After sometime I dialed customer care No of Sasta safar and they said they will check and later after half an hour I received itinerary . I withdrew my complaint !!
