Sasta Safar — Fraudulent activity experienced

Booked round trip tickets from Mumbai to Hyderabad but no confirmation of tickets despite deduction of money. Furthermore, received a call demanding to pay additional money for airfare increase. Total tricksters. have demanded an immediate refund which they claim to process within 15 days.
