Sasta Safar — I bought ticket but PNR is not working

I bought ticket online from spice jet New Delhi to Patna by sasta safar website. But my ticket PNR is not working it's looks like fake ticket. So please take necessary action against sasta Safar website and try to refund my money back.

Same issue. when I called them (Travelsees as the amount debited from this account) they told they booked the ticket prior to our booking date. That's why I can't see the eticket from airline website. It would be only visible 10hours prior to the journey during web-checkin.
