Dear Team,
I have booked flight ticket from Delhi to Mumbai for Nov 14, 2023. Flight was booked on Oct 09, 2023 by Sasta Safar and flight was from Spicejet SG8701 with Booking iD: SSF00872199 and PNRDDS1VG. Than i was informed on Oct 27, 2023 that my flight has been cancelled and they have initiated refund.
The amount paid by me was 20484/- for the flight tickets and refund issued was 19208/-. The flight was cancelled by airline due to airline operational reasons. So, why i have to face loss of 1276/-. I would like to complaint against "Sasta Safar" and "Spicejet" for my loss of 1276/- and the mental pain of cancelled ticket. They would have given me another flight or should refund my complete payment.
