Booked international travel tickets. The payment was successful but no e ticket was issued. The customer care executive started blackmailing to pay rs 36k more which we refused. The booking was rejected from their end. After much chasing a refund was issued after deducting Rs5000 with no mistake of ours. A scam indeed Was this information helpful? |
