[Resolved]  Sbarro Restaurants India Ltd — Unethical practice

The written claim that your food will not be charged if you do not receive your bill is a farce. I placed my order for the food at the Hypercity Malad outlet, paid my bill, sat at a table, finished the meal, went around hypercity and made purchases for about an hour. While shopping a I realised that I was not given my bill and I went back to the Sbarrow counter. The attendant simply printed out the bill and handed it over to me. I asked for an explanation about the free food on non receipt of bill and the attendant simply said I just gave you the bill. This was a ridiculous reply. I called on the given contact number[protected] which was never answered. This wasnt a surprise as I had already realised the lack of professionalism and ethics with Sbarrow staff with the way the attendant dealt with my concern.
