Hi. Good morning. I am the existing customer of state bank of india. I have saving account in sbi, sector 22 branch, gandhinagar, gujarat. I have also sbi debit card along with this account.
Sbi offer 5%cashback by using state bank debit and credit card under an arrangement with samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd ("merchant") from 11 september to 22 octomber2017.
Under this customer eligible for 5 % cashback on min transaction of rs.20000 or above and maximum cashback will be rs. 2500 per card account.
The cashback under this program shall be credited in the account of card holder by 22 january 2018.
According to this offer i had purchase samsung double door refrigerator model no: 03 sm rt37m5538s8/tl by using sbi debit card on 5th octomber 2017 through mann electronics (Othorised dealer of samsung) with rs. 35700. Merchant also debit handling charge of 2% (Rs. 700) including with total price of refrigerator.
Till date i have not receive any cashback in my account.
For that i represent the sbi local branch manager for above incidence. But she said that there is no role of our branch in this offer, you direct contact sbi contactcentre.
So i have humbled request to compensate the cashback offer to my account. Do need full this matter. Thanking you.
