SBI Buddy — Mumbai - fraud transaction

The following fradulent transaction was made using my sbi debit card no. 622018xxxxxxxxx9082 on December 2, 2015 between 12 noon to 12:30pm.

Pos ET [protected] Sbi buddy mumbai -Rs.5000.00

I have not done this transaction.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and to do the needful so that i can get my money back. Thank you.
