I have been writing several emails daily to you but have never heard back on time. Yesterday I have written at least a dozen times but have never heard back.
What is wrong with your system? I need to take up this issue seriously with your authority. And I am forced to lodge a complain against your company.
I have authorised my wife Mrs. Radhika Sarkar, mobile no. [protected] to speak to you and get the details several times by writing email to you. But she is not informed anything about my request. She makes calls daily to your helpline no. but every time she listens to the same thing that "we are sorry, we cannot divulge any information to anyone except the cardholder".
I am repeatedly writing that currently I am out of the country and since I am currently staying abroad and my cell phone is not roaming for which I am unable to call you. Therefore I have authorised my wife to get information from you. But you have never paid any attention to the same.
Now I am asking you once again to kindly update me on the status of my request as today is 06 Nov and as per your email you are supposed to write to me by 04 Nov about the status.
I have written to you several times and again writing that I want you to cancel my last transaction as it was not made by me but someone hacked my card for which my credit card no. [protected] has been deactivated by you.
Reply back early or else I have to go to consumer court or cyber crime branch of Indian police as I want my money back.
