Lines under "" inverted text are written by SBI team. "we sincerely regret the inconvenience that may have been caused to you" Don't show me your fake REGRET, in reality you don't mean it. "your bill generation date can be changed from 17th to 21st only of every month" What kind of joke is going on here?? On 13th Oct, 2015 you informed me via email that I can choose any date from 1 to 25, I choose 25 then you asked for my security check details and NOW, you are saying as per your card type, I can only select 17 to 21, NOW answer my QUESTION. 1. Am I kidding with you people from 4 months and you are giving me the same ??? 2. If you can not change the billing date to 25th then, why you people emailed me earlier?? were you people sleeping at that time?? Haven`t you checked my card type before sending the mail to me?? 3. Why you are sending CANNED messages?? Aren't any human to write my mails?? 4. What do you people think, this is going on?? Check this screenshot:- Inline image 1 "Late Payment Fee: We would like to inform you that in case the payment of at least minimum amount due is not received by the payment due date, the late payment fee is applied at rate of 30% of minimum amount due subject to a minimum of Rs.200.00 and a maximum of Rs.750.00 plus government service tax (as per applicable charges). " Why you people are sending the same content again n again?? I have already received same content on earlier email that i received on 22nd Oct, 2015. Don't you people read previos emails before sending emails???? "Finance Charges: We would like to inform you that in case the payments are missed or outstanding on the card is received less than the total amount due/ total outstanding amount, then interest charges are applied on the balance amount, thus the payment starts revolving on the account, this is also applicable on all the fresh charges incurred, in the same month by the cardholder. The finance charge will be levied at 3.35% per month plus government service tax @ as per applicable charges. Please note that the finance charges will be calculated on opening balance as well as fresh purchases. This process continues till the complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full. We understand the concern expressed in your communication and sympathize with the difficulties faced by you. However, we are not in a position to provide any waiver on your SBI card account. We express our inability to reverse charges on your SBI Card Account. May we request you to keep clearing the minimum amount due before payment due date to prevent further accruing of late payment fee on your card account. May we request you to keep clearing the total amount due before payment due date to prevent further accruing of finance charges. Again??? You are sending me the same SAVED content again n again, I read this content earlier. Why don`t a human read my emails??? Why??? And I asked couple of question on my earlier email sent on 27th Oct, 2015, why don't I receive any answer to my question??? You people just copy and paste the copied content in email and forward it?? WHY?? I am definitely talking to the people of deaf, If not then kindly send a human drafted email that is manually written by human. I will definitely take this to consumer court, let's see if I receive proper update from consumer court or not, thanks. NO HUMANS IN SBI TEAM, JUST COPY PASTING THE CONTENT IN EMAIL, damn it. Below are the question that i asked on my earlier email sent on 22nd October, will I get reply on my earlier email???? Again you are repeating the same mistake, even after requesting N no. of times, I can see that my next payment date is on 10th Nov, 2015 now, how will i make the payment as i will receive my salary on 11th again the same scenario will be repeated seamlessly. Why you people don't understand a simple sentence/request that I keep telling you from June-2015?? I won't be able to pay my next bill on 10th kindly make it 15th, it's my humble request, I don't have time to keep emailing you people. If you people are not in a position then do you think I am in a position to pay the late fee that too without my fault?? It's your teams` fault, who didn't listened to my concern and because of it, I am not liable to pay the late fee. "We express our inability to reverse charges on your SBI Card Account." If you are not capable of doing anything then, why didn't you told me in the first preference, I would have closed my account than n there itself. This charges are posted to account because of your team's` inability, I did informed them in JUNE and you accepted my request in OCTOBER and now you are saying you won't be able to reverse the charges?? Does that make sense here?? NO, it won't because, the charges posted to my account due to your team`s fault and you have to reverse it. Don't make me call your service as third class.
