[Resolved]  SBI — cheating

My credit card ending with 7101 and 4714 SBI has given facility for balance transfer with rate of interested per month and processing fee but now there are collecting additional finance charges when I spoke there customer care there are playing with word
They are cheating this should be circulated in all Public
SBI is not good bank
I have paid additional amount in last month but still there are continue with finance charges
Request you to solve this problem as I have paid all amount on proper time
How to stop additional charges for finance
I don't understand help me pleas
