Sbi / Cppc — Non receipt of pension

Dear sir, my pension documents vide ppo no. M/04066/2016 were forwarded to your bank by pcda (Pensions) allahbad on 04 jan 2017 for crediting of my gratuty & commutation amount, monthly pension and arrears with effect from 09 oct 2016 to my saving accounts [protected] held with sbi branch tral, pulwama (J&k). My bankers also have already forwarded all necessary documents related to my pension to your office in jan 2017. However, till date neither me nor my bankers have recieved any communication from your side about start of my pension. I am in need of money.
