SBI Credit Card — Credit Card login and Customer Car

Sir/Madam,
I am trying to contact with the customer care or other bank officials for settlement of my credit card dues. But whenever I call and try to enter my date of birth I get the message that my Date of Birth entered is wrong. The recovery agents are demanding money and harassing me, please tell me how to proceed further.
