SBI Credit Card — Subspecies transaction debit transaction number is 054402

Address: Thane, Maharashtra, 421401

I have purchased a Item in one store and that time i had used my credit card, my bill amount is 1500/- but my account get debit 2 times for the same transaction and transaction number is 054402 and transaction date is 11 Oct. 2015.
I have try to contact but no any response from bank.
