My mother owns a SBI credit card, she was fraudulent;ly charged for rupees of around 150000 on her card in FEB 2016, we have taken up the complaint and an FIR was registerd and the complaint was submitted to the SBI credit card division.
on their advise we have been paying the regular minimum amount for a period of one year till feb 2017 for an amount close to 140000.
in feb 2017 we approached the bank and enquired about the complaint and FIR,
they said it was still under investigation.
then we stopped payments dince then, now the bank has sent recovery agents who are repeatedly calling and thretening my 65 year old mother,

I have been getting harassment calls from the SBI collection department everyday for the past one week now.
I ask them for the statement which they do not provide but keep harassing me to pay money for the statement generated without even looking at it. I tell them each day to send me the statement.
They are not willing to do this and say it is my responsibility to get the statement and pay the money.
Seems SBI has employed this people just to harass its customers.
