I have accessed SBI ATM on 15.02.2021 at ATM ID no. S1NW[protected] for withdrawal of Rs.20000/- from my a/c [protected]. The amount was not dispensed. Instead my account was debited with Rs.20000/- and re-credited the same. Again, the amount of Rs. 20000/- was debited as "CSH WDL" without any Transaction id and ATM details. The amount was not dispensed to me. I request the same may be verified and amount recredited.
The case was taken up with customer care helpline and case id is
43585594.

i search on internet and found this is very common issue, i withdraw 4000, but due to insufficient balance in ATM the money was not dispenced. but 4000 debit from my account, after sometime they reverse but again debit.
i am totaly confuse and clueless about this problem, i complaint about it in [protected], they raised a complain 43405584 and after someday automatically closed it without resolving my problem, my branch manager says he is nothing to do with it.
what i do, is this a new fraud by SBI or what.

मी रुपये काढण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. Atm कडून 10, 000 रोख रक्कम दिली गेली नाही आणि माझ्या खात्यातून पैसे डेबिट झाले. काही वेळाने ते माझ्या खात्यात परत जमा झाले पण नंतर पुन्हा "CSH WDL" नावाचा दुसरा व्यवहार आला. आता माझेही रु.च्या तोट्यात आहे. 10, 000

I tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from Atm. Cash was not dispensed and money was debited from my acoount. After some time it was credited back fo my account but then again another transaction by the name "CSH WDL" came. Now I am also in loss of Rs. 10, 000.
Please help.
