I have an sbi account with the sbi branch in gandhinagar, sector 10b, sector 10, gandhinagar, gujarat 382010.
Name - hiral baldevbhai vaghela
I have requested for new debit card via internet banking on 1st-aug -2020 after requested no debit card issued on my home address or even after the branch visit.
Whenever i tried to reach out to customer care they are just providing me excuses that in 15 days you will receive the card even while visiting the branch they just providing information that card status showing issued but till today no card was received, even they are not helping me out for this or even not providing the proper information so i can get the debit card.
I also raise a second request on 27th-aug -2020 after not receiving any debit card and proper response, still, no card issue when i tried to reach customer care the same they just proving excuses and multiple numbers to call on this number to get the card status or yono sbi helping number to raise a new request, how much time i need to raise a request for a single debit card.
No one is providing me the proper information just saying they are a technical problem please call on this that and so on.

There is only one question with you that you are capable or able to provide me the debit card or not?
If yes please look into this matter and provide me the debit card.
If not so i can remove or delete my sbi account because of this type of customer service.
1 month passed but still, i'm fighting for my debit card, and no proper help or response received from your side. Now i'm frustrated and fed-up with sbi services.
Please find the attached screenshot while applying for a debit card 3rd time via internet banking.
I also registered a complaint with rbi against the same issue, please find the complaint number for your reference.
