Sir.maine 22/2/17 ko credit card paymemt ke liye OBC ka cheque number 109952 Amoumt 42000/-rs ka SBI ki VISHWAS NAGAR branch main depoist kiya tha.lekin bank ne cheque time se clearing ke liye nahi bheja.branch ne mera cheque 2/3/17 ko clearing main bheja.jiske baad 3/3/17 ko credit account main payment credit kari.credit cart ki due date 28/12/17 thi
Jiske karan credit card ki payment late hone par mere upar 4200/- ki penaltey lag gayi.iske liye kon jimmedar hai.meri kya galti hai.
