SBI — Fraud transaction from my sbi credit card.

Hi Team,

My name is Debendro having a SBI Credit card. I got a call from SBI credit card department on 26th May around 1 pm to 2 pm and told me that my cashback amount will be credited soon to my account for that they are calling for the verification. I did not provide any details about my credit card but the caller they already have my sensitive details about my credit card number, my name and DOB. After that the lady representative told me that this call will be transfer to the manager for final verification and she transfer the call. We spoke about some time and said thank you and cut the call. After 30 minute I got another call from SBI again saying that there was a fraud transaction from my Credit card I was shock when I hear that news so I ask her to transfer the call to the manager of SBI. She transfer the call and explain about the previous call and everything. I even ask him how did they have all the sensitive information about my credit card but the manager did not answer that question and I ask the manager to rise a complaint about this fraud transaction and he informed me that the case has already been rise and my credit card has been blocked from their side. It seems like the fraud call was actually from SBI agents. On 27th morning I call SBI Customer Care again and one lady pick up the call her name is Ghousia and I told her to check my issue but she replied me saying that there was no complaint rise from my side regarding the issue and she also told me that the call that I made on 26th May was dropped from the customer side but it is not true at all I spoke with the bank manager about half and hour explain everything about the issue, he even assure me that the amount which is debited from my account will be refunded back but how come the call was dispose as dropped from the customer side. It seems like the fraud call was made from SBI only and they deduct the amount from their end. I request you to check this issue in high priority because the agent from SBI they were lying about everything and they deduct the amount from my card. I have already filled FIR to the Viveknager Police station about this fraud transaction. I also inform SBI that since the fraud transaction was done from SBI employee so I am not going to pay any amount regarding my credit card bill till the I receive my money that has been debited from my account.
