SBI India — Refund initiated by amazon ,but not received

Scotch-brite 2 in 1 bucket spin mop (green, 2 refills) was orderd on 10 may 2021, but i have returned my product. Amazon initiated the refund on 11may 2021, expected to come on 19may 2021, Amazon given the refernce number #[protected], but the SBI bank still not credited my money.please i need this money its a uge loss for me plsease credit my money as soon as possible +3 photos Was this information helpful?
