Sir i have linked my adhar no. to my acc but npcl shows that npcl database not found my acc no :[protected]

Sir I inform bank several times that my problem is not solved but they reply same every time that my aadhar is linked to my account
If there is not problem then why my subsidy not received so please sir I request humbly to solve my problem
