For the last more than a month, I have not been receiving oto and so all my online transactions like paying bills, marking lien in a/c, adding new beneficiary for account transfers and so on. I am not even able to link my AADHAAR no to my SBI accounts because it asks for OTP.
My complaints have not been resolved. Looks like I have to switch back to the old "cheque" system. Was this information helpful? |
