Hi Team,
I took credit card from SBI after they gave some offers and activated on 23/07/2018. But right after 1 week(28/07/2018) there was one 5k+ transaction happened via PAYTM for which we did not received any OTP in registered mobile number. We came to know about transaction when money was deducted from our SBI saving account for outstanding due.
We tried to reach out to SBI and they said that the transaction is valid and SMS with OTP was sent but we never received the OTP so how they can approve the transaction.
I also contacted PAYTM but they are saying they can't give the information and they can't help on this.
I saw multiple reports of fraudulent in SBI credit card. I am totally helpless as SBI is now not replying anything. in SBI bank they say that they can't do anything as everything will happen from Delhi via CUSTOMER CARE.
These ### fellow first give the CC and then these kinds of fraudulent ativity happens. I am not sure i really believe that someone from the SBI has done this otherwise how transaction will be approved with entering OTP. Could you please help on this. Thanks
