SBI — Someone trying to steal the money from ATM card

Dear SBI customer, your transaction at POS 99999999 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account.
I have been recieving this message for the past 5-6 months. I even blocked my card & I hvn't even started using my new debit card which has come from the bank.
