Dear SBI My card number is XXXXXXXXXXXX3220 Worst customer care. This is a big trap. I want to close the credit card account for personal reasons and requested the same. I keep on receiving calls from a different number from the SBi Card customer care center and forcing me not to close the credit card. Shameless customer care personnel here. It's very unfortunate to say this. I do have full recordings of the conversation in the call. I need a proper resolution for thus Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
