Ted the change of mobile number through internet banking the reference number is ehs6903620
Please inform the difficulties to you superiors when i had given form to change the mobile number
Please have a relook into your system with it people your security is fine but how many days it will take for you to completely resolve my issue

The password is reset but otp is not coming to my mobile
The otp is going to my old number when i had given an application to change my number for all the transaction wether it is net banking or atm or other banking activities on urgent basis
Please look into this mater

I had applied for the duplicate password
25 days back
My net banking also is not working
Phone banking is also not working
Please help me in this regard
I had come to your bank thrice but it was not fruit full
I am not only the person suffering from the inability of the bank to serve the customers there are many people like me from my company
We are not happy with the bank services net banking services is not working from past 1year i had complained to the grievence cell also but it was not helpfull attached proof
According to rbi regulation the problem should solved within 7 days of my application
If the problem is not solved within 24 hours i will be forced to take action through other route
I have to travel 50 km to come to your branch
Thrice i had spent nearly 1000 rs to and fro expenses
I cannot come to your bank every now and then just to get the password
Please send me the password through courier
