SBPDCL — for lowering 5kw connection to 3 kw

Wrt ca no[protected] i want to say that i had applied on (Dated[protected], ref no kgl[protected]m0115) to lower my 5kw connection to 3kw and also sbmitted non energy charge of rs 207. I was told by concerned staff that my work will be done within 5 to 7 days and in coming electricity bill i will be charged for 3kw. I again on 8 th december 2018 went to khagaul office and i was again told that my work will be done within 2 days. And till date my work has not been done on[protected] i got the electricity bill in which cd is mentioned as 5kw and arrears of rs 228.68 energy dues is mentioned where as last electricity bill of rs 1489 has been paid also shown on new electricity bill.
So i pray for lower 5 kw connection to 3kw with scheduled procedure soon and also make corrections in new electricity bill dated[protected] so that may my bill before due date[protected].

Please refer meter fixing slip for pakage D. Sl No 295 dated 18 Feb 2018. in this my name and meter no are ok but bill generated having name MD QUAMUDDIN instead of MD QUAYAMUDDIN, FATHER NAME. MD KALIM insted of MD SALAMAT, meter no. 6489637 instead of 6488637.

When your meter reading boy visited today and seen my electric meter is not working properly. However bill of the last month has been created by him. So please attend immediately and do needful.

Dec 2018 electricity bill is 21853 INR. it is very high as compared to Nov 2018 electricity bill 82 INR.
Electricity bill is very high. please send me correct electricity bill.

Sir I want to disconnect my meter connection.becouse my shope is closed from Nov 2018

We don't live there, we just go for 1 month per year and we have electricity connection and one meter is also there inspite of that they are sending bill of 600rs per month and after talking talking to our neighbours they are also getting very high bill.
I really hope you could help us with this situation.
