Good morning
I have a query related to my 3rd year admission, I haven't gave the BUSINESS LAW exam in 1st year so I paid the fees at that time of 2 year admission but due to COVID-19 authorities promoted us. So should I have to pay the fees again for business law or not because I already filled up the 3rd year examination form and the dashboard wasn't showing the the first year subjects.
Please let me know as soon as possible. I'm attaching my sol roll no. With this mail

    Sir/Mam, Today I paid my 3rd year b.com (hons.) examination fee and it was successfully received by SOL but when I logged into my Sol student dashboard I didn't see any fee receipt and even I'm unable to see any information about my 3rd year admission.
    I request you to solve this problem.

      I was paying my 3 year fees and screen shows transaction failed on sol server, and payment got deducted from my bank. What to do now???

                        I paid fee on 27/11/2020 of inr.4040/- by phone pe but the marchant shows not success and tell me to again pay amount and i again pay amount on 29/11/2020 .But amount is no refund till now

                                I attempted payment of Rs 4040 at Delhi University School of Learning at the ICICI payment gateway using my SBI card. The payment showed an error and after few hours the payment gateway reopened citing previous payment as a failed attempt. My brother then made the payment next day using his SBI card which was successful and generated a receipt.
                                My first payment attempt, despite being failed, still got billed to me as Rs 4040 and claimed by the merchant BILL JUNCTION INR.

                                I tried customer helpline several times, but they were either switched off or not in existence.

                                  I submitted my registration form on 30/11/2020 but when i was doing payment with my credit card it showed me an server error and after that i received a message of payment deducted 0f Rs 4040. And till now i didn't get my fee slip and id card and if my admission is not confirm then i didn't get my refund .
