Dear sir/ ma'am
As per the pandemic situation you counduted a open book examination.
But it's not possible for everyone also it is extremely confusing. Understand the problem which is going around and kindly promote us or give us any assignments.
Enough is enough it's looks like a joke that guidelines are keep changing.

    I applied for revaluation on 14th october, 2019 for my final year exam of cost
    Accounting (Code - c101). I visited delhi university like 3 or 4 times after 4-5 months of fiiling the application form of revaluation but every time i only get answer that teachers are on strike teachers are on strike. Almost over a year of examination held revaluation result not yet come. Next month is my examination and atleast i want to see my revaluation result.

          regarding refund of fee amount

          I am a student of sol b.com (P) having enrolment number[protected]. I jave made a payment of demand letter of my 2nd year admission on 16.11.2019 at 10:58pm. The amount got deducted from my account but the site reflected that payment got failed.
          Kindly provide me my amount as a refund so that i will be able to fill the form again as early as possible the furthur details would be mentioned on image attached.

          This has a reference to the Bar code[protected] where in the student has visited DU thrice to collect the study material on the said window ie No 138 and 143 but she is not provided the same stating that do not have it.Kindly help as in how and when the study material can be colllected.

            Hello sir. Actually i paid the fee of b.com hons third year but at that tym server was error and and i thought that transaction was failed becz even after waiting for two hours i was not getting my free receipt in my sol student account, i thought that amount is not going to be deducted from my account and then i again pay same amount and get my fee receipt but both the amount get deducted from my account. The fees was around 3900 and according to my payment i payed around 8000. I also contact to my bank they said both the amont was credited in sol they can't help me for this i can get that amount back from your side. Now please i want that first amount back. Refund that first amount asap. Thank you!

            In August, at the time of M.com Admission, my fees got deducted twice. I have informed about this to the officials. Submitted all the proofs and till now i.e. 5 November, I have visited 6-7 times there but no response. Only delay. On calling them, they are not receiving the call. The amount is RS. 5045 which is not a small amount.

              Respected sir, ma'am
              I have paid my sol du fees 3530 twice by mistake. So how can i get my extra payment back. Please realise the seriousness of the situation and refund my money as soon as possible. I have complaint many times and since no response is given. Your sol helping line no also proved useless. Please let me know the time period within which i would have my money back.

                I'm passed class 12th commerce from cbse board in delhi & i need to complete b.com through correspondence in du but i am not able to fill up the online admission form due to some internal errors or site problem as after entering the 10th markshseet, 12th's marks can't be entered as after filling 12th class & cbse board the keyboard elopes. So i am not able to fill up the full form like 12th's marks & fees paying formalities. So i am requesting you to help me by solving the site problem or by giving me the suggestion to fulfill the online admission process. My qualifications is passed 12th commerce by cbse boar in delhi.

                  Instead of one payment I have made thrice through my SBI debit card dated 23.07.2019 Rs.3542.16 & 3542.16
                  due to when I made payment a message saying transaction failed show
                  hence I made it twice

                  finally next day on 24th again I made the payment

                  I have been charged thrice so need my refund of Rs.7084.32

                      Hello,

                      School of Open Learning provides Study Material very late to students because of this many students is not able to complete his syllabus and when exam starts then many students looks for studying while travelling in delhi metro and other travel sources. Many students fails because of this. Because of this many students have to take a way of cheating which is not good. I want that this university provide the study materials before starting classes.

                                    I am a student of english honour third year in your college. Sol contact is useless, pcp classess and study material extention are always busy. Either they are using it for personal use or have made line busy on purpose so as not to deal with students. We, the students live far away and have to come to college for these minor queries which can be solved on phone.

                                    Kindly persuade the concerned persons for answering their extensions regularly.
