We are one of the vendor from Coimbatore who delivered cakes on behalf on sendmygift each and every time at once we the receive the order from them we used to deliver cakes on credit basis for them and from November 2016 onwards we have received payment for the cakes delivered and now the amount comes to Rs.15000/- and still its pending from the company.

They really cheat both customers and as well as vendors....

I have ordered a combo gift on 05 Feb 2016 to be sent to Chandrapur (MS) which costs Rs.472. Payment was made by net banking. The product was not yet delivered. On this, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Since February 2016. I have called there office and spoke to there executives for more then 10 times. Every time they assure me to send an email regarding it. But I have not received any email or refund till date. I want my money...

I ordered a diwali combo on 11nov'15 to be sent to Delhi which costs Rs.400. Payment was made by card. The product was delivered by the end of next month. On this, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Since December 2015 I have called there office and spoke to there executives for more then 10 times. Every time they assure me to send an email regarding it. But I have not received any email or refund till date. I want my money back...
