Service — bad smell which is unable to breathe in the evening hours coming from hussain sagar

We are residing near lakidi kapool. recently the bad smell which is unable to breath in the evening hours coming from hussain sagar. when wind is high it is very difficult to breath in the evening hours around Lakidi kapool, Hyderabad, Telangana.
In a day all the time no odd smell only in the evening from 6 to 8 it is very unpleasant air.
