Servify — 10 or g is under warranty but they are taking too much time

I have submitted my Tenor G via servify.in on 9 July 2018.
I have talked many times with their employees but they are giving only one answer that device is under digonising process so your phone is not repaired.
Now it's too long more than 11 days and you can imagine life without android phone.

Kindly update me what to do next.

Problems:
Phone is not charging
