SETC — amount debited from account

Hi

I booked ticket from thanjavur to bangalore on april 1, 2018 in ultra deluxe bus timing (20:00) at 8 p. M
Amount rs.549 has been debited from my net banking account but ticket was not booked.

My user name in tnstc site is prathe25.
