SETC — Bus Did not stop at pickup point for Reservation Ticket

I booked a reservation from Bangalore to Chennai on 16th Aug 2015, but SETC bus did not stop/not come at all. The customer support number is useless, because they do not have details about the bus. they asked us to write a letter to for more details. my 400 rupees is gone.
