I m travelling from thanjavur to hosur in setc ac bus started at vailankanni.. When i booked ticket it was showing 8pm as pickup time in tnj.. When i called driver once reached busstand on time he said bus will come at 9.45 only.. They reached by 10 and went for dinner and started at 10.30.. Almost 2hrs30mins difference.. I am mentally felt pressured.. Arrival time also will vary because of this delay and it is going to affect my working hours.. So only i planned for early departure and arrival.. They should update the time properly while booking.. I am going to file consumer complaint also.. Was this information helpful? |
