I am Vijay and I have one product that I bought from snapdeal which is required to be returned back. Since last one month every time I call Snapdeal they say that the return request has been placed and is pending from Shadow Fax side. And almost every alternate day I get an SMS from Shadow Fax that my order will be picked today and then by evening my pickup stands cancelled for failing quality check. I don't understand which quality check is done when nobody from Shadow Fax contact me or reach my home. Thus I request you to kindly see where is the lag and check with Snapdeal and please pick my order which is pending for one month. I am humiliated by such responses of you and Snapdeal. Please contact me ASAP at my number [protected]. Following message I received today

    I was expecting abv delivery but havent received yet sf51576139kr delivery guy has misplaced [protected] milind... Directly this guy has updated wrong status on website as delivered on 6th july after several enquires with bulding checked cctv also he has not entered in building asked for acknowledgemnt sayng delivered to security guy without calling cust but he lied and agreed to refund my lost amount... Managers too have agreed & raised complaint already debited delivery amount from salary still getting calls for return request... I havent received parcel y will i send back rahil [protected], suresh [protected], ashish [protected]

      I hv received an article named" Paidu white wrist watch" which was not at all ordered by me. The delivery was made in my in my absense. The procdut is cheap wrist watch but it is delivered under COD and my assistant paid Rs.790/- on delivery, There is no bill or vendors address or contact details on shipment.               The pickup person has picked up my item which I had ordered from meesho on 16th August at 7:45pm, but given the wrong status that the customer was not contactable. Why is this happening when the person from Shadowfax has already picked up my item. It's now showing as rescheduled whereas the person has taken the parcel back.

                I have booked few products from meesho but the delivery person refuses to come to my place. Where as other companies like flipkart, amazon, ecom express etc... Are coming but only these people are saying that they can't come. So, i had to cancel my orders. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                      A shadowfax executive picked up my noise shots xo earbuds on 3rd June, 2020 from bangalore and it was supposed to be shipped to the gonoise warehouse in Gurgaon. This was arranged for by gonoise itself. Shadowfax has still not shipped my product to Gurgaon and I am unable to reach the customer care and they have not replied to a complaint I raised with their help center as well. Please either ship my product to gonoise at the earliest or return the product to me. The entire warranty process is held up only because of shadowfax. Horrible customer care and logistical handling on their part.

                          I ordered (Prepaid) a car cover from autofurnish on 30 may and they received from autofurnish to shadowfax on 1 june and till now shadowfax courier not shipped my product today is 5th june. They are not receiving calls also they had not provide waybill number also. Please i want to lauch the complaint against company.

                              I placed an order from limeroad. The order got shipped through shadowfax. 4 items were there in the order. Out of 4 items only 3 got delivered to me. 1 item did not get delivered but on site it is showing delivered. My order no is 65177100. And the product which i did not recieve was bell sleeved gathered top by nandini fashions. Product code 16339641.
                              I am very surprised, I have already paid but its till i don't get my courier and no body can pick the call and payment status till show unpaid.

                                Shadowfax received my order sf58850114pe for fast tag on 8th dec19 from paytm, however i did not receive it till today (18 dec).
                                They did not even contacted me so far for delay. I had to go to garhmukteshwer for urgent work but i could not and i losted rs. 10000 due to this delay.

                                  This is very pathetic and cheap behavior /response iam facing from both the companies (Shadow fax and nykaa)... Since 29nov... Past 8 days these people are wasting my time n energy... Till today i had not received my products... And since from 29 nov iam getting msgs from their side that #out for delivery#, but till today its not been delivered, i believe shadow fax is a fake company or a #very cheap# #low standard-shadowfax#... I want my order on an immediate basis. There is no 1 taking care of my concern no1 is bothered about this issue. Seriously... This is very low standard and pathetic company... Where there is no1bothered about their customer concern.

                                    A courier with awb# sf63922907ner was sent to me via shadowfax courier on 22nd nov (Office address:
                                    1st floor, appek building, 93/a, 4th b cross rd, 5th block, koramangala, bengaluru, karnataka 560095).

                                    On 24th nov 2019 it reached the delivery hub near my home and i was sent a message saying that my products would be delivered in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours there was no update on the issue. Shadowfax courier website does not have any phone number to get in touch. A message sent through the help centre on 29th november elicitated a reply saying my courier would be delivered on priority basis. Till 2nd dec i have not received my delivery. Shadowfax should compensate me not only for failed delivery, but also for harassment.

                                      This is very surprising we had ordered gown but when I opened packet its teared saree. That is very pathetic service. Its really very bad experience. My Order no was: TA114046, courier no SF10005711RAS, amount Rs. 750. Please find the attachment. Order which you delivered is teared saree of blue color and I order golden red color gown i.e. Tailorvala Suits - Gown 598. Please replace my order.
