Shadowfax — Never delivered to my address

I would like to express my concern regarding the delivery of my recent order, which has been marked as "near the address" since October 22nd. It is frustrating to see that the delivery date continues to be extended without any updates on when I can expect the items to arrive.

Additionally, I would like to highlight a previous order that faced similar issues. The items were kept in the hub for three weeks before being returned to the seller, which was very disappointing.

This pattern of delay and lack of communication is concerning and does not reflect the level of service I expect.
We are expecting a resolution and justice in this matter as soon as possible.
I kindly request immediate action to ensure the current order is delivered promptly, and I would appreciate any information on why these delays are occurring.

Missed to add the point that I have already emailed this to shadowfax multiple times, but it looks like they are not taking any action on it. Very disappointing
