No action has been taken against this encroachments, he is start staying in there along with washing cloths shower and toilet near by as well ...a lot of mosquito around it because he is spreading the tea wast near by.

Dear Authorities after multiple reminders and notifications no action have been taken by yourself.
Resulting they have expanded the encroachments on the pathways as well, more on that they have open the restaurant along with adjoining Tea shop. i am also sending the latest site phot where you can see their expansions
We just want to understand the reason for the just kind of expansion and illegal encroachments.
So it's a humble request please do the need to remove such encroachments.

Dear Authorities,
After your thankful effort to remove the part encroachment he is again expanding day by day, see latest site photos. the only solution is to put him out completely from this point.
Now he is washing the clothes on foot path, cooking, running tea stall, taking shower on this point.

There is s illegal encroachment by the tea vendor at the shalimar bagh “a” block “bus stand” (On ring road, near, towards shalimar bagh side/ before start of azadpur flyover) initially he has started to sell the cigarettes now he has started to sell the tea and other eating materials, which cause the location very very dirty, which spoils the walkway as well.
The handicapped person started this business but at these day some other person is taking care of this location, please look into this matter and clean the space to avoid and big encroachments in future.

this complaint has been started since 2020, because of no action have been taken from your end they are expanding day by day...locations is it s Shalimar Bagh Bus stand (On Ring Road) opposite ALL HEAVEN restaurant/ AD BLOCK...hope this time you will find the space and act something on it
now you can see how much they have approached to the pathways...please do the needful

Dear Team, no action has been taken after multiple complaints, its look like a real case of cooperating with the culprit, since no action has been taken by you so our team has decide to put the case against the care taker or in charge for this area for not not taking any action from last two years.
Also feel that this is website is no use to put the complaints as it's just a waste of time to send the complaints.
