pianos adapters is not working and the shop is telling us we are not responsible for this

Sir, we bought a casio ctk 2550 piano on monday 28/10/2019, and it was working very well in starting days but yesterday when i plugged the adaptor to the switch board and started playing piano it was not working so i thought the piano is damaged but when i put the batteries in the piano it was working properly so i understood that the piano was perfect and only the adaptor was not working
Today when i called you sir and complained...

Very rude behavior and high prices of products

Recently I hve been to shalu music shop to buy guitar.bt the behavior of the shop owner was very rude.he tld me that I'll show u guitars nly i[censored] want to buy.the prices of their products were very high and they dnt have proper knowledge of products they sell.they are nly behind the money of buyer n were forcing me to buy the guitar.further he said k dnt waste our time n bla bla bla.this is d very bad behavior I hv seen so far.no respect...

I have a complaint against Shalu's Music shop in Fort area opposite to CST station who sells musical instruments and Studio recording equipments. Recently I had a fight with the shop owner who is very rude with customers. Even if you go to his shop and ask for certain products he first asks " Lene ka hain kya" meaning ( do you want to buy only then will i show you the products) such is their attitude.
