I ordered few clothes on shein.com on 06th July, 2019. It is still in process. In the shopping cart it was mentioned 1 to 3 days but It has been more than 6 days it is still in process. When tried to connect with Customer care they hanged up call 4-5 times. They transfer the call which has a wait minute of more than 10 minutes but after that also they dont receive the call. Very bad experience I am facing. My important investment of clothing I have done in online shopping. I want my refund now because its of no use as the special day for which shopping was done is gone. Kindly allow us to get refund or give a formal process of complaining. Was this information helpful? |
