Its been over 14 days since I have ordered accessories and clothes from shein but I have not received it yet and it is a prepaid order. Now they are neither updating the tracking status on their app nor responding to my mails. The status shows in transit for the past 10days. My order no is GSHM7400T000SAR. Kindly help me.
