I did a purchase of 4 hoodies, worth Rs.4509 INR, through online transfer. Later the order was cancelled by me, and I opted for a refund to the original mode of payment.
Upon talking with the customer care they sent me screenshots of the transactions and asked me to contact the bank for the same.
The bank then told me there wasn't any transaction initiated and I need to speak with the customer care.
