In reference to the trail mail and the response received it categorically reflects your deceptive information and malafide intention not to provide services to the client.
We agree that we overlooked the region but that cannot stop us receiving the services and it has been your internal management to resolve the issue but you failed to do so despite repeated request.
In consequence to your customer attitude we are very sorry to say that it is highly unprofessional and against the spirit of providing customer services.
KEEPING IN VIEW ALL ABOVE WE REQUEST YOU TO PLS REFUND OUR ENTIRE PAYMENT AS YOU FAILED TO PROVIDE SERVICES AGAINST THE SAID PAYMENT.
IN THE EVENT OF NON RECEIPT OF REFUND IN 3 DAYS WE SHALL BE FORCED TO FILE CONSUMER FORUM COMPLAINT FOR NON COMPLIANCE OF YOUR SERVICES AGAINST THE SAID PAYMENT.
PLS TREAT THIS AS URGENT & IMPORTANT
