I recently subscribed to your services based on the assurance from your representative that they would assist me in scheduling interviews as per my requirements, update my resume, and keep me informed. However, after making the payment, I was informed that the resume upgrade incurs additional charges and that targeting specific companies is not included. This inconsistency in communication is unacceptable, and the representative seems uncertain about my initial requests.
