I have not seen more fraudulent people than these
I booked a cab for 7 days in kerela, despite of receiving full itenary in advance the cab driver only took us to the places where he had commission due to which we missed major sightseeing.
The cab driver intentionally stopped atleast 5 times in front of police man just to waste time. During...

Advance not refunded on suo moto cancellation done by shineindiatrip

I had made an advance online payment on date : 24/02/2016 for north east 11n / 12d package which was to commence from 20th may to 31st may 2016. this company organization had promised to provide me the services mentioned therein. and nothing was stated about the same since 24th feb to 29th apr (till 3 months) from booking.

I have been in chasing with their employees for the updates wrt the same since 20th april 2016 officially....

They called me so many times to ensure i pay them advance, as soon as i asked for refund, their behavior changed. Ms pratibha was talking to me as a representative and when i asked for refund she started saying this is not her job and finance department will do. Trip money forfeited. Shown something else booked something else

They have eaten our advance amount. As when we booked them they gave us different hotels, after paying the amount, at the time of departure they gave lowest category hotel. When we refused to go. They forfeited our advance amount. And they changed the pick up point and troubled us so much. Kindly help in retrieving our hard earned money back....

Flight tickets refund payment is not received from last six months.

I had booked kashmir tour for my family (Total 2 packs ) during 17th to 22nd Nov. 2014 for 5nights and 6days from shine india trip. All iternary was finalised including flight tickets (To and fro from Ahmedabad to Srinagar).I had done all payments. But due to my personal problem, I have postponed my tour from above dates to 6th Dec.2014 to 11th Dec.2014. So, previous flight tickets were cancelled by shine india trip and new flight tickets...

over charges of rail cancellation tickets

A of sixteen sr citizens plan to visit Gujrat for Dwarka, Nageshwer, and Somnath temple etc ect for which we contracted Travell Agent SHINE INDIA TRIP Dwarka mode. The package tour includes hotels and transport only. He booked our tickets for onwards and inward at full rates instead of availing sr citizens concessions available to them across the @40&50% for men and women respectively. Cheating on jammu kashmir tour package
